1. Order Form
   Love Tags now offers on-line ordering.   Click here to go to our on-line catalog. 
   To order on-line, click on any on-line order form button . To order on-line you must have a valid credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Orders placed by credit card on line are safe and secure. Your personal credit card information is placed on a secure server and encrypted for your protection.
   The other option is to print out our paper order form found on all our product pages by clicking the "Printed Order Form" link. The order forms are all in a PDF Format. This is the preferred print format. We suggest that you print out the order form. If your computer does not have a printer or you are unable to print the order form, send us an email and request the order form of the item you wish to order. We will promptly send you that order form.
   Once you have the order form in hand for the item you wish to order, complete the order form
   for the item(s) you wish to order.

2. Order Submission
   Hard copy order forms may be sent directly to us at:

   Express Orders may be faxed to us at (423) 282-1813. Please note that Express Orders require
   that you complete the credit card portion of the order form ($10.00 Minimum for credit card orders).

3. Payment Procedures
   You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. Love Tags accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card.  Submit payment with order form as described above.
